Frequently asked questions
Is the drone survey really free?
Yes. There's no charge and no obligation to go ahead with any work.
Why do you offer it for free?
Because it's the best way for you to see what we see. Most people have never seen their own roof up close, and the photos make it easy to decide what to do.
Is it safe to fly a drone over my house?
We fly carefully, keep the drone over your roof, and only photograph your roof. If you have any questions about the drone, just ask.
Will you try to sell me something?
No. If your roof is fine, we'll tell you. If it needs work, we'll explain what and why, and you decide.
