This website is run by Aqua Tight Roofing Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England (company number 17120581). We are the data controller for the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website (for example to book a free drone survey, send us photos or send a message), we collect the details you give us:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your postcode, and whether you own, rent or manage the property
- what the problem is, when you need work done, and any message you write
- any photos you choose to upload
We also collect some information automatically when you use the website, such as the pages you visit and how you found us. We only do this with cookies if you agree to them (see "Cookies" below).
How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry, arrange a drone survey or visit, and give you a quote
- to carry out work you ask us to do, and to keep records of that work
- to understand how people use our website and which adverts bring enquiries, if you agree to cookies
We use your information because you have asked us to contact you or to give you a quote (taking steps before entering a contract), because we need it to carry out work for you (contract), and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with companies that help us run this website and our business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and delivers your form to our email inbox
- Google, which provides our email and, if you agree to cookies, our website analytics and advertising measurement
Some of these companies may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to any work, we keep it for up to two years in case you get back in touch, then delete it. If we carry out work for you, we keep the records for six years, because we need them for tax and legal reasons and for any guarantee.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. If you choose "Reject", we don't load them. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
If you accept, we use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and which adverts lead to enquiries.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, email info@aquatightroofingsolutions.co.uk.
If you're not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
